Polyclinic

Among the needs in the Evita Pueblo Hospital, the draft and project of these outpatient clinics for ambulatory patients stands out as very important.Taking into account that the Hospital is 28 years old, it is the only one in the town and Berazategui had much less inhabitants at that time than the current ones, for which the Hospital is over sued. Got worse, of course in pandemic times.

The construction of these clinics will allow to decongest outpatient consultations and put the "DAY HOSPITAL" into full operation, operating from 8 am to 8 pm. and solving a large part of the consultation and procedures on the same scheduled day.Its going to have focus specially to older patients in order to have a short waiting time for consultation.

For the design, It is chosen to occupy the site in the form of a ring. This is done to activate the use of the exterior space at the same time that it gives us the possibility of more natural light inside and therefore, a greater number of consultation rooms to the facades.

The «patio» becomes the space that unifies all the corridors as a point of orientation and generating light and cross ventilation. Its also a typical fixture in the Argentinian housing history.
